Instructions on ISU Wi-Fi Connections
- The ISU wireless local area network (WLAN) supports network access for mobile devices (Microsoft, iOS or Android system). Users can access the network with their ISU e-mail account and password.
- These SSIDs are available if the Wi-Fi connection is enabled：

The encryption in transmission is enabled. Users may access the network via this method if a wireless encryption transmission is necessary. Users of some mobile devices (Microsoft or Android system) may need to install certain software and conduct setting to access the wireless network.
Supports all Apple mobile devices and above Android 4.0 mobile devices. Users can access the network after entering the ISU e-mail account and password.
- TANetRoaming
(1)The University has joined the TANet Roaming Program (Taiwan Academic Network Roaming). The students, faculty & staff members of the University may access the wireless network at other units that joined the program with your full ISU e-mail address and password. Please refer to the website of Taiwan Academic Network Roaming Center for more information.
(2)For iTaiwan roaming, please enter your itw phone number and password for authentification. - eduroam
Eduroam is the world-wide roaming access service which enables students, researchers and staff to securely access the internet whilst visiting other participating institutions, using the username and login provided by their home organization.
ISU has recently joined the eduroam network. The students, faculty & staff members of the University can roam among the member institutions and transparently join the eduroam network.
The name of the network is “eduroam” (all lowercase) usually, and authenticate with your full ISU email address and password.

※Currently, the SSID "eduroam" is available in the Administration Building, Science and Technology Building, Teaching Building, and International College Building. This service will continue to build in other regions across the ISU campus.
